Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-10-29
Welcome to Sleep Trading (the "Service"). The Service is provided by ZZZ Technology Co., Ltd. (the "Company", "we" or "us"). By registering an account, linking an exchange API key or using the Service in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the Service immediately. If you are a minor, you may use the Service only after your legal guardian has read, understood and agreed to all of these Terms.
1. The Service
- 1-1 The Service is an automated trading tool. After you connect your own exchange account to the Service using an API key or the exchange's one-click authorization, the Service sends order placement, cancellation and query requests to that exchange on your behalf according to the strategies you create and configure, and provides market data, backtesting, alert notifications, trade records, statistics and other features.
- 1-2 The Company does not handle or hold any of your funds or digital assets and does not provide deposit, withdrawal or transfer services. Your assets always remain in your own exchange account and are held by that exchange under its rules.
- 1-3 All information, indicators, backtest results, strategy templates and notifications provided by the Service are for your reference and use as tools only. They do not constitute investment advice, an offer or a solicitation, and do not represent the Company's view on any asset.
- 1-4 Some features of the Service are offered by plan. The features, quantities and limits available under each plan are as announced on the plan page.
2. Account Registration and Eligibility
- 2-1 You must register and sign in through the unified sign-in service designated by the Company and provide true, accurate and up-to-date information.
- 2-2 You must keep your account, password, verification codes and operation lock settings secure, and may not lend, transfer or share your account with others. All actions taken through your account are deemed to be your own.
- 2-3 If you discover unauthorized use of your account or any other security concern, you must notify the Company immediately and delete or disable the relevant API keys on the exchange yourself.
- 2-4 You must ensure that the laws of your country or region permit you to use the Service and the exchanges you connect. You bear any liability arising from legal restrictions in your location.
3. Exchange API Keys and One-Click Authorization
- 3-1 When creating an API key on an exchange, you should enable only the permissions the Service requires (read, spot trading, futures trading), and we recommend that you do not enable high-risk permissions such as withdrawal or transfer. If the exchange supports an IP whitelist, please configure it with the egress IPs shown by the Service.
- 3-2 The Service never calls any withdrawal or transfer function. The Secret Key and Passphrase you provide are encrypted and stored on the server side, and are never displayed in plain text on screen or in any API response.
- 3-3 When you use an exchange's one-click authorization (OAuth), you confirm the scope of authorization on the exchange's page. Once authorization is complete, the Service only obtains and stores, at that time, the API key the exchange created for you, and does not separately store the authorization credentials.
- 3-4 You may delete a linked key in the Service at any time, or revoke or delete it directly on the exchange. After revocation, the Service can no longer send any request on your behalf, and any running strategies will stop as a result.
- 3-5 Before adding a key for the first time, you must read and sign the API Key Trust Terms, which have the same effect as these Terms.
4. Automated Trading Strategies and User Responsibility
- 4-1 A strategy's asset, direction, quantity, leverage, price range, take-profit and stop-loss, and its activation and stopping, are all set and decided by you. The Service executes according to your settings and does not judge on your behalf whether a trade is suitable.
- 4-2 You must make sure your exchange account has sufficient margin or balance, and regularly check your strategies' execution status, positions and open orders.
- 4-3 Paper trading, backtests and historical performance are calculated from past data or simulated conditions, may differ from live trading, and do not represent future results.
- 4-4 Exchange order rejections, partial fills, slippage, rate limits, maintenance, disconnections or rule changes may all cause actual execution results to differ from your settings.
5. Plans, Payment and Refunds
- 5-1 Prices, billing cycles and payment methods for paid plans are as announced on the plan page and checkout page. Payments are processed by third-party payment services, and the Company does not store your full credit card details.
- 5-2 Refund conditions and how to apply are governed by the Service's Refund Policy.
- 5-3 The Company may adjust plan contents or prices and will announce changes before they take effect. Billing cycles already paid for are not affected.
6. Risk Disclosure
- 6-1 The prices of cryptocurrencies and other financial products are highly volatile. Leveraged or futures trading may result in the loss of your entire principal within a short time, or even forced liquidation.
- 6-2 Automated trading does not guarantee profit. Any strategy may incur continued losses under certain market conditions.
- 6-3 You should carefully assess your own financial situation and risk tolerance and invest only funds you can afford to lose. You bear all gains and losses from your trading.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to engage in the following conduct. If you do, the Company may suspend or terminate your account:
- (1) Using another person's exchange account or API key, or trading on behalf of others without authorization.
- (2) Using the Service for money laundering, fraud, market manipulation, violation of exchange rules or other illegal activities.
- (3) Sending massive automated requests to, deliberately disrupting or attacking the Service and its systems, or attempting to obtain unauthorized data.
- (4) Reverse engineering, cracking, reselling or renting out the Service, or using it to provide managed trading services to others.
- (5) Impersonating others, providing false information, or abusing redemption codes, referral rewards or other promotions.
8. Service Changes, Interruption and Termination
- 8-1 The Company may suspend or interrupt all or part of the Service due to system maintenance, updates, exchange interface changes or force majeure, and will announce this in advance where possible.
- 8-2 The Company may add, adjust or discontinue certain features or supported exchanges, and will give advance notice where possible before ending support.
- 8-3 You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. Within 7 days of receiving your request, the Company will stop your strategies, delete your linked keys and process your personal data, except for trade records that must be retained by law.
- 8-4 If you violate these Terms, the Company may suspend or terminate your account without prior notice and stop your running strategies.
9. Intellectual Property
The software, interface, text, images, trademarks, strategy algorithms and other content of the Service belong to the Company or its lawful licensors. Except for personal use permitted by these Terms, you may not reproduce, adapt, distribute or commercially exploit them without the Company's written consent.
10. Limitation of Liability
- 10-1 The Service is provided as is. The Company is not liable for interruptions, delays or errors caused by third parties such as exchanges, networks, telecommunications or cloud hosts, or for trading results arising from your own settings.
- 10-2 Except in cases of the Company's intent or gross negligence, the Company's liability to you in connection with the Service is limited to the total service fees you actually paid to the Company in the three months before the incident.
- 10-3 If your violation of these Terms or applicable laws causes damage to the Company or a third party, you shall be liable for compensation.
11. Privacy
For how the Company collects, uses and protects your personal data, please see the Service's Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to These Terms
The Company may amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be posted on this page and the "Last updated" date will be updated. If you continue to use the Service after an amendment, you are deemed to have agreed to the amended Terms; if you do not agree, please stop using the Service.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). For any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service, both parties agree that the Taiwan Taipei District Court shall be the court of first instance.
